Geography and Climate!
The Empire of Rome is located all around the Mediterranean and stretches out far, it take up many modern countries!
The climate is practically the same as modern day Italy and, with it's hot climate and humidity definitely water is a must have, the hottest month is typically August, September and October still have moderately warm days but November seems to have a major drop in climate at night, definitely in need of warm clothes, winter brings a cold and wet climate with foggy days so the use of a rain coat would be important.

Who is In Charge?
Unlike here in Australia they had emperors instead of prime ministers. These emperors had the power to rule with an iron fist.
How did the person/people in charge run the civilisation?
The ancient Romans had an autocracy government so emperors were chosen like kings and queens so they had to be the son of an emperor.
